Yes, we offer care to children ages 2 years and older, and can refer to pediatricians or specialists as needed. For emergency pediatric care, please dial 9-1-1.

Yes, tell us the reason for your visit as detail as you can, we will be better prepared for you from the data we receive.

Its ok to reschedule but please call us 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule your appointment.

Not Really, we accept self-pay patients as well as insurance. We do accept cash payments as well.

Yes. We collect and process all insurance claims on your behalf; however, we also provide patient forms in case you need to submit the insurance by yourself. Inform us anytime your insurance information changes to help us keep our system update to date.

Yes. When applicable we can generate an invoice for you to pay online for service. Its secure payment process managed by our payment processor. Just login to your account so it maintains of payment history for you.

Insurance or Billing questions can be directed to our office staff at 848-444-1962 weekdays from 10AM – 4PM. You can also send us an email at info@btlcc.org and we will respond accordingly.

We are open on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, Tuesday and Thursday from 9am to 6PM, Saturday by appointment only. Amended hours on major holidays are sometimes observed, so please call before you come on holidays.

Sorry, we do not. In case of an emergency please not hesitate to call 911. We offer an emergency number to call if you desperately need to talk to the doctor. Please note, if you do not get a response, on first try call 911 for any emergencies

During or after your visit we will determine if you need to see a specialist due to your medical condition. However, we prefer you come and see a primary care physician before seeing a specialist. We will help coordinate your visit with a specialist if need be

Yes. Treatment of work-related injuries is one of our specialties.
